Aldar Properties has announced a new strategic deal involving the sale of a residential building within the “Mamsha Gardens” development on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island to Gao Capital Partners, for a total value of AED 586 million. This move aligns with Aldar’s broader strategy to diversify its investor base and enhance the appeal of the UAE’s residential sector. The growing interest from international investors, particularly from Asia, reflects strong confidence in the local real estate market.

The sold building comprises 71 residential units and is expected to be delivered by 2025. The project stands out for its prime location at the heart of Saadiyat Island, blending contemporary architectural design with the area’s rich cultural heritage, adding a unique dimension to its investment value.

The company stated that this transaction further demonstrates its long-term strategy to strengthen its investment portfolio through smart partnerships with global entities—underscoring confidence in Abu Dhabi’s ability to attract foreign capital.

With this step, Aldar continues to play a leading role in driving real estate development in the emirate, reaffirming its commitment to delivering projects that meet the aspirations of both investors and residents.
