Dubai Land Department has signed a cooperation agreement with the global company “REACH”, which is backed by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), to launch the “REACH Middle East” accelerator program. This initiative aims to attract real estate technology startups to Dubai and promote innovation in the sector.
According to the department, this partnership is part of its preparations for the “PropTech Connect 2026” conference and exhibition, the first global event of its kind in real estate. The event will bring together top investors and specialized companies to explore the latest technologies.
The department stated that this agreement supports Dubai’s Real Estate Strategy 2033 by attracting a U.S.-based investment fund specializing in property technology to the emirate.
It also highlighted that REACH is one of the most active companies in this field globally, with over 300 investments worldwide and strategic partnerships that strengthen Dubai’s position as a hub for real estate innovation and sustainability.
Dubai Land Department will support the “REACH Middle East” program by promoting it, connecting with investors, providing regulatory guidance to startups, and facilitating pilot programs for these companies in Dubai.
Meanwhile, REACH will manage the program, provide mentorship and investment funding, and establish its regional office in Dubai with support from the department.
