What this means for buyers and investors

The figures point to steady demand for both ready and off-plan property. Ready homes appeal to buyers who want to move in or earn rental income right away, while off-plan continues to attract the largest number of buyers. With established areas like Business Bay and Palm Jumeirah alongside growing locations such as Madinat Al Mataar and Al Yalayis 1, there are options for different budgets and goals.
