Sobha Realty, a global real estate development company, has announced the launch of “Sobha Central,” its latest flagship project located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
Sobha Central will consist of six interconnected residential towers linked by an elevated walkway, offering a total of 1,225 residential units with options for one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The project will also feature 250,000 square feet of green park space, 175,000 square feet of leasable office space, and 160,000 square feet of retail areas.
The development of Sobha Central will follow Sobha Realty’s unique backward integration model, with the first tower expected to be delivered in December 2029.
