In a strategic move aimed at enhancing innovation within Dubai’s real estate sector, Shory, a leading insurtech company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) to provide seamless digital home insurance solutions for residents of the emirate. The agreement was signed during the International Property Show at the Dubai World Trade Centre, in the presence of Shory Group CEO, Abdulilah Al-Ghufaili, and DLD’s CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector, Majid Al Marri.
This partnership aims to simplify the process of obtaining home insurance, making it easier for individuals and families to insure their residential units through a fully integrated digital platform. The initiative reflects Dubai Government’s vision of offering smart, innovative services aligned with the 2033 Real Estate Strategy, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global smart city leader.
