Dubai’s real estate market witnessed notable activity last week, with total transactions surpassing AED 16.6 billion across 5,690 deals, according to data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD). This performance reflects the market’s ongoing strength and investors’ confidence, both locally and internationally.
Sales Lead the Market
Total sales reached AED 12 billion, distributed over 4,469 deals. Dubai Investment Park 2 topped the list with AED 822.40 million across 10 transactions, followed by Jumeirah Village Circle with nearly AED 653.02 million across 381 deals, and Jumeirah Second in third place with AED 590.45 million across 12 deals.
Mortgages and Gifts
In terms of financing, mortgages recorded about AED 3.34 billion through 911 transactions, indicating continued support from financial institutions for Dubai’s real estate sector.
Meanwhile, property gifts amounted to AED 1.27 billion across 310 transactions. Business Bay led with AED 412 million across 38 transactions, followed by Dubai Industrial City with AED 132 million across 3 transactions, and Palm Jumeirah with AED 114 million across 22 transactions.
Strong Daily Activity
On the daily level, Dubai recorded property transactions worth AED 3.40 billion Friday Oct. 10th alone, from 1,044 deals. These included 816 sales totaling AED 2.21 billion, 191 mortgage transactions worth AED 965 million, and 37 gift transactions valued at AED 222 million.
