In a significant move highlighting the growing presence of former U.S. President Donald Trump’s brand in the region, Saudi real estate developer Dar Global announced plans to build a $1 billion project in Jeddah under the name Trump Plaza Jeddah.
According to the company’s statement, the project will feature luxury residences, serviced apartments, modern office spaces, as well as townhouses, blending high-end living with multifunctional design.
This comes after the launch of Trump Tower Jeddah last year, making the new development the second project in Saudi Arabia to carry the Trump brand, as reported by Reuters.
The expansion reflects not only Dar Global’s commitment to the luxury real estate sector but also the Trump brand’s renewed push into global markets via the Gulf region, where demand for billion-dollar mixed-use projects combining residential and hospitality components remains strong.
