Dubai Expo City has launched plots for sale in the Expo Valley residential project, with sizes ranging from 7,500 to 12,500 square feet, and the option to combine spaces.
The city has also awarded four construction contracts, three of which are to companies based in the UAE.
The Expo Valley project is set to welcome its first residents in early 2026. The project includes 532 residential units, featuring standalone villas, connected villas, and townhouses.
Expo Valley will include a nature reserve, a lake, a valley, cycling tracks, and walking paths, along with playgrounds and recreational facilities. These facilities include three community clubs with gyms, cafes, and restaurants. Additionally, families will have easy access to dedicated activities, shops, and dining options within Dubai Expo City.
