Dubai’s real estate market continues to evolve, and one of the most dynamic segments driving this transformation is the surge in branded residences. Combining luxury living with the prestige of globally recognized hotel and lifestyle brands, this niche has rapidly matured into a dominant force in the emirate’s high-end property sector.

A Steady Rise in Projects

The growth in demand has been matched by a corresponding expansion in supply. As reported by Global Branded Residences (GBR), over 13,000 branded units were transacted in 2024—a 43% year-on-year increase from 2023. At present, Dubai boasts more than 140 branded residential projects either completed or under construction, underscoring the city’s ambition to cement its position as a global hub for luxury living.

A Magnet for the Global Elite

The sharp rise in branded residences is also fueled by Dubai’s rising population of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The city is now home to over 81,200 millionaires, including 237 centimillionaires and 20 billionaires. According to forecasts, this ultra-wealthy population is expected to grow by 30% by 2028, further fueling appetite for high-end branded living.

Currently, 51 branded residential projects are operational in Dubai, with more than 70 additional projects in the pipeline, set to launch by 2028. These developments are not only elevating the standard of living in the city but also reinforcing Dubai’s global image as a luxury lifestyle destination.

Dubai’s unique blend of cosmopolitan lifestyle, safety, tax efficiency, and world-class infrastructure makes it the perfect breeding ground for branded residential success. As the sector continues to expand, branded residences are no longer just a luxury—they’re a statement of status and a strategic investment opportunity.
