KeyMavens Group has announced the launch of its latest project, The Villa Square, located in the heart of Dubai’s The Villa community. The development is set to become a vibrant community hub, combining retail, dining, wellness, and leisure in one integrated space.
Spanning over 124,000 square feet of built-up area, The Villa Square will feature a mix of shops, restaurants, cafés, a fitness center, rooftop swimming pool, and landscaped open areas. Designed with Spanish-inspired architecture and sustainable building practices, the project aims to create a modern yet culturally rooted destination.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2025, with completion expected by mid-2026. The project reflects KeyMavens’ vision to align with Dubai’s growth as a global economic hub while providing strong investment opportunities and meeting the lifestyle needs of local residents.
