In a new national industrial achievement added to the UAE’s remarkable record of excellence, Strata Manufacturing, wholly owned by Mubadala Investment Company, has announced the delivery of its 100,000th aircraft structure component to some of the world’s leading aviation companies, including Airbus, Boeing, Pilatus, and Leonardo. This milestone further solidifies the UAE’s position as a key player in the global aerospace manufacturing industry and embodies the country’s vision for sustainable industrial growth under the slogan “Made in UAE”.

Since its inception in 2010, with the production of its first part for the Airbus A330, Strata has steadily advanced to now operate over 30 production lines, with more than 90% being exclusive, meaning these parts are manufactured solely at Strata’s advanced facilities in Al Ain. Today, 3 out of every 10 wide-body or business aircraft in the world carry components proudly labeled “Made in the UAE.”

Ismail Ali Abdulla, Executive Director at Mubadala and Managing Director of Strata, emphasized that this figure is more than just a numerical achievement — it is a realization of the UAE’s ambition to become a global hub for aerospace manufacturing.

Meanwhile, Sara Al Amiri, Acting CEO of Strata, praised the team behind this success, affirming that the company’s strength lies in its national workforce, which represents 67% of all employees, with 87% of them being women. She added that Strata’s story is not just about manufacturing aircraft parts, but about commitment, innovation, and world-class performance standards, driven by a culture of continuous development and a dedication to precision and quality.

Strata’s journey is more than a tale of industrial production — it is a story of vision, excellence, and national pride, proving to the world that the UAE can lead in one of the world’s most demanding and high-tech industries.
