In a new move reflecting Dubai’s ambition in technological leadership and luxury hospitality, e& Group (formerly Etisalat) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Kleindienst Group, the developer behind “The Heart of Europe” project on the World Islands. This partnership aims to transform the project into a global model that combines European luxury, advanced technology, and environmental sustainability.
Under the agreement, e& will provide “The Heart of Europe” hotels with a suite of integrated digital solutions, including:
- High-speed internet
- Smart IPTV systems
- AI-powered solutions to enhance guest experience
- Drone services
- Advanced hospitality management systems from check-in to check-out
This digital infrastructure will offer an unprecedented guest experience, where comfort meets artificial intelligence, turning traditional services into seamless, intelligent interactions managed with a single touch.
Essam Mahmoud, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at e& UAE, affirmed that this initiative represents a significant leap in the concept of hospitality by merging smart connectivity with eco-luxury—reflecting the UAE’s vision of building a sustainable, innovation-driven future.
Meanwhile, Josef Kleindienst, Founder and Chairman of the Kleindienst Group, emphasized that innovation is at the core of the project, noting that “The Heart of Europe” will set a global benchmark for tech-enabled and environmentally conscious luxury hospitality.
“The Heart of Europe” is a high-end development consisting of six man-made islands, each representing different European cultures such as Germany, Sweden, and Switzerland. The project is designed to deliver a unique European experience in the heart of the Gulf, blending European architecture with modern luxury and sustainable practices.
