Dubizzle Group has announced the hiring of over 80 specialists in data science and engineering to expand its capabilities in Business Intelligence and data science—an ambitious strategic step that reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and leadership in the PropTech sector across the MENA region.

The group, which operates the Bayut and dubizzle platforms, is making significant investments in its tech infrastructure, in line with the UAE government’s vision to integrate AI technologies across key sectors.

This expansion aims to build one of the most specialized data science teams in the digital classifieds and PropTech industry, with plans for continued growth.

Currently, the group operates more than 70 active AI models along with 64 proprietary models, generating an average of 49 million predictions per month. These intelligent systems support key products such as:

  • BayutGPT
  • TruEstimate™
  • Sell with AI

These technologies are designed to deliver personalized experiences, predictive tools, and detailed performance insights for buyers, developers, and real estate agents.

Haider Ali Khan, CEO of Dubizzle Group MENA, stated:
“We are building more than just platforms—we’re reshaping the future of how people interact with classifieds in the digital age. This expansion in our tech workforce isn’t just about numbers; it’s a strategic investment to make Bayut and dubizzle the smartest platforms in the region, if not globally.”

This announcement comes in parallel with government initiatives to integrate AI education into school curricula, signaling a long-term vision to embed technological literacy at early stages.

With features like TruEstimate™, TruBroker™, Sell with AI, and BayutGPT, Dubizzle Group is redefining how property seekers explore listings and how agents gain trust and visibility in the market.

Through this large-scale investment in talent and AI, the group has cemented its position as one of the most advanced and specialized data-driven forces in the MENA digital classifieds and PropTech landscape.
