Dubai Land Department (DLD) has revealed the results of its AI-powered Real Estate Advertising Governance Platform, which was launched during GITEX 2024 as part of its efforts to strengthen oversight, increase transparency, and reinforce investor confidence in the emirate’s property market. Since its launch, the platform has monitored more than 279,000 real estate ads on leading marketing platforms such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut.

Of these ads, 29% were automatically modified using artificial intelligence to ensure compliance with advertising standards. Ali Abdullah Al Ali, Director of Real Estate Control at the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) under DLD, stated: “These results confirm our ongoing commitment to developing market oversight using the latest technologies. This platform enables us to monitor advertisements with greater accuracy and efficiency, which further boosts investor and consumer confidence and strengthens Dubai’s position as a global hub for real estate innovation.”
